I am a member but I am not seeing my discounted pricing? 
Please make sure that you are logged in to your account.

Do I need to renew my membership each month?
No, your membership will auto renew until you cancel it.

My membership just renewed, when will I get my membership Loyalty Points? 
Please allow up to 48 hours for your points to be deposited into your account.

Do my membership Loyalty Points expire? 
No, loyalty points do not expire.

Can I change plans during my membership?
Yes, of course!

Can I cancel my Membership?
Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time. You will not receive a refund and you will be able to finish the membership term that you had paid for.
